1.  Can I cancel my order?
       Please contact us immediately and include your 4-digit order number. Order cannot be cancelled once it is sent out. If you want to cancel please contact us immediately once you place order. 
2.  What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
       As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with:
Your order number;
The proof of the faulty item and its name;
A description of the fault.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day.

3.  Which currency does the website use?
Prices shown on robotimeonline.com are all in US dollars. Your payment will be proceeded in US dollars.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

5. Is it safe to use my credit card at Mini Drago Dollhouse online store?
Your personal online security is important to us. All payments are through third parties which are secure enough and protect customers’ interests. We do not store and transmit your personal and credit card information; all your shipping info are 100% protected and safe.

6. How long does the shipping take?
Standard Shipping
7-15 working days for most countries and districts (1-3 days to process the order and additional 7-14 days for shipping). Typically, it will take 12 – 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
During peak seasons (like Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take additional 3-4 working days.
Discount codes are not eligible for shipping fees, but we provide free shipping for orders over $65.
7. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

8. Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
